PROPERTIES OF Plexiglas® SHEET Breakage Resistance (Falling Projectile Impact Strength) The figures below show that various thicknesses of Plexiglas® sheet have greater impact resistance than various types of glass when impacted with a hard object, such as a stone. The test samples were 12" x 12", with edges loosely clamped.
