Plexiglas® acrylic resins can be processed on any conventional extrusion equipment as long as the machine has sufficient horsepower to extrude at desired output rate. Additionally, the general specifications for extruders and the methods of heating, cooling, and controlling are the same for Plexiglas® resins as for most other plastics.
