As manufactured, the flatness tolerance of Plexiglas G sheet depends on the long dimension. This allowance is based on ASTM D-4802, Section 5.6.1. The tolerances are listed below:
For dimensions less than or equal to 48", the maximum allowable bow as manufactured is 1/4".
For dimensions greater than 48" but less than or equal to 96", the maximum allowable bow as manufactured is 1/2".
For dimensions greater than 96" but less than or equal to 168", the maximum allowable bow as manufactured is 3/4".
