As part of the relocation of Altuglas International’s U.S. acrylic sheet production to Louisville, KY, Arkema has agreed to sell the Tuffak polycarbonate sheet brand and manufacturing assets to Bayer MaterialScience LLC. The details of the sale will not be released.
