Our medical grade resins (Plexiglas® SG17 and Plexiglas® SG10) are specially formulated for gamma sterilization recovery and chemical resistance. Plexiglas® PMMA resins provide excellent resistance to lipids and plasticizers, and can withstand sterilization with disinfectants such as bleach and alcohols. Laboratory Diagnostics & Disposables

Plexiglas® VS-UVT resin provides exceptional UV transmission and excellent transparency, making it an outstanding choice for in vitro diagnostics use.  The transmission of Plexiglas® VS-UVT resin is considerably higher than all non-acrylic materials, and it provides low-level fluorescence, which is easily characterized and subtracted from sample emissions. In addition, VS-UVT is generally tougher than UV-transmitting styrenics materials commonly used for diagnostic applications. Common applications for UV-transmitting acrylic include laboratory cuvettes, diagnostic cassettes, and dialysis equipment.
